At the start of 2007 we decided to launch this new area on our website, specifically to act as a point of reference for our clients. It seems that many people sign-up for our hosting services and continue with us as clients, without ever knowing or understanding the full extent of everything that is available to them. We hope that this client services section will be of assistance in this respect.
Hosting package: Your website hosting package includes numerous features that can be used to enhance your website or assist you in getting the most out of it. The full list of inclusions can be found in our website hosting features area.
email features Your email account comes with the ability to create and manage your own email accounts, set autoresponders, set forwarders, change your email password and effectively manage/reduce spam. Guidelines and tutorials on how to use each of these features is available in the client member area.
Client Member Area The client member area is an extremely useful feature, providing various facilities to our clients. These include:
full account history - view all current and past invoices;
newsletter archive;
client tutorials;
send and monitor support tickets.
To access the member area, please use the login facility on the right, using the email address to which we send your invoices and your account password that was in the welcome email you received when you signed up with us. If you've misplaced this, please let us know and we will resend it to you.

Account and Website Management Options Everything on our servers is set up in such a way that you can manage almost every aspect of your account yourself. How much control you take vs how much we do for you is entirely in your hands, not ours. We now also have additional software packages that are available as plugins to almost any html website, and which aim at making it easier than ever for you to manage your own website changes, with no risk of breaking the site design.
Client loyalty discounts Applies only if you are currently hosting at least one website with Web Inn. This applies to:
- Website hosting (R95 hosting discounted to R75 p.m. for every account subsequent to the first) and
- Various discounted add-ons to existing accounts.
Only website hosting clients qualify for these discounts and only when using a discount coupon on the online order form accessible from the front page of our website. Manual orders or orders placed on our website without a coupon code will be invoiced at the normal rate. If you have not yet received your coupon codes via email, please contact us.
Newsletter We send out client newsletters whenever we have something that would or could impact on your account or when we have new services that could make your life easier. These are sent infrequently and contain important information. Please ensure that our email address is whitelisted or check in on the member centre at least once a month.
Free Advertising Are you aware that if you are in the triangle: Bluff - Pinetown - Ballito - you are entitled to free advertising on one or both of two extremely popular community and tourism directories: durban-north.co.za and umhlanga-coastline.co.za. All we need is for you to let us have the formatted advert. - Please contact us for details.
Referals Clients earn credits on referals for website development and hosting. Numerous of our clients are already enjoying free hosting and website management on a fairly consistent basis by simply making successful referals. Full details can be found in our referal section. To qualify, all you need to do is refer someone to us and make sure that we know you referred them.
