Overview
A referal is business that we receive due to an existing client referring someone to us, where this results in new web development or hosting business for Web Inn. This affords clients the opportunity to earn free hosting, free web-development and various other free services based on the number of referals made.

Only existing website hosting customers qualify. If you interested in a more serious opportunity, please read about our lucrative Affiliate package.

How it Works
Existing clients who pass on successful referals earn commissions by way of credits on their existing accounts. Please also see our customer services section to learn how you qualify for discounts on almost all additional services that you yourself sign up for with Web Inn.

For a referal to qualify for credits, we need to be notified by either yourself or the new client that they were referred by you. The onus to ensure that this happens unfortunately rests with you as we have no way of absolutely monitoring referals. If you are interested in a more robust or comprehensive option, please look at our Affiliate package instead.

How Credits Work
As soon as a new referal from you has signed up and paid, a credit equivalent to the commission payable is logged against your account. Your next invoice will reflect this credit to the maximum of the current invoice amount. Should there be a remaining credit after the latest invoice, this will be carried forward to your next month's invoice.

Should the credit not be sufficient to cover your full invoice amount in any month, you will be invoiced for the balance due. Invoices will reflect full details of any applicable credits to enable you to keep a record.

Please note:
Credits have no cash value and are not redeeemable for cash under any circumstances.
Credits are not transferable to any other party.
Credits can only be applied to hosting or future development work and can not be used as a discount on the same project on which credits are being earned.

Credit Schedule

Website hosting	Full credit on your next months hosting fee, to a maximum of R200. (no carry-over). Credits are earned after receipt of the first full months payment from the referred client.
Website development	10% of the total paid, creditable upon receipt of final payment. Credits are carried over and offset against your invoice/s due until depleted.
